In addition to the services, all fees include preparation, loading, travel, and set-up. Also, any selected package includes unlimited scheduled consultation. Event walkthroughs and/or rehearsals are contingent on day, time, and location of the Venue. Out of State booking fees may differ.

A deposit is necessary to secure the calendar date of the event. Once the date is secured, that date and time is no longer available for other clients. When the deposit is made, the preparation process begins.

Once we have a signed agreement on file the client has up to 30 days of the agreement date to cancel the service and receive a full refund minus 25% of the agreement price which stands as the nonrefundable deposit. The event can be rescheduled for a different date with in 12 months of the original agreement date. If the new date is unavailable the client will receive a full refund minus the deposit so long as we are notified of the reschedule at least 30 days prior to the original agreement date.
